What We Clean Up

Emergency and biohazard cleanups we handle

  • Vomit and throw-up cleanup

  • Broken glass cleanup after a break-in or accident
  • Food, drink, and coffee spills

Remove It, Don't Mask It

The smell lives in the padding, so the fluid has to come out

Vomit and urine soak straight through the fabric into the seat foam and carpet padding. Wiping the surface or spraying an air freshener does nothing for what's underneath, which is why a DIY job smells fine for a day and reeks again by the weekend. We break the source down with an enzyme treatment, extract it out of the padding with hot water, sanitize, then kill the leftover odor with ozone. Source first, smell second.

  • Vomit, urine, pet accidents, food and drink spills
  • Extracted out of the seat foam and carpet padding
  • Surfaces sanitized, not just wiped
  • Ozone treatment so the odor doesn't creep back

Our Process

How we clean up an accident the right way

Four steps. The extraction step is the one that actually fixes the smell, because it reaches what soaked in.

Step 1

Contain and remove

We bag and remove the mess and any soaked debris first, gloved and careful, so it stops spreading into the rest of the cabin.

Step 2

Extract and shampoo

Enzyme treatment breaks down the organic source, then hot-water extraction pulls it out of the seat foam and carpet padding, not just the surface.

Step 3

Sanitize the surfaces

Every touched surface, seat, belt, and panel gets disinfected, so you're not just back to clean-looking, you're back to safe to drive.

Step 4

Kill the odor

An ozone treatment neutralizes what's left in the air and the AC vents, so the smell is gone for good instead of creeping back in a week.

Questions People Ask

Will car detailers clean up vomit?

Yes, this is exactly the call we take. Vomit, urine, feces, pet accidents, food and drink spills, we contain it, extract it out of the seats and carpet, sanitize the surfaces, then kill the smell at the source instead of masking it. It's our $85 Bio Clean-Up add-on on an interior detail, with a $75 ozone treatment when the odor really soaked in. Text us a photo and we'll tell you straight what it'll take before we start.

What neutralizes the smell of vomit or urine in a car?

Not an air freshener spray, that just covers it for a day before it comes back. The smell lives in the soaked-in fluid down in the foam and padding, so it has to come out, not get perfumed over. We break the source down with an enzyme treatment, pull it out of the padding with hot-water extraction, then run an ozone treatment ($75) to neutralize whatever's left in the air and the AC vents. Source first, odor second, that order is the whole reason it actually stays gone.

Can you get urine and pee smell out of car seats?

Yes, and the key is reaching the padding under the fabric, not just wiping the surface. Urine soaks straight through into the foam, so a surface clean smells fine for a day and reeks again by the weekend. We use an enzyme treatment that breaks the urine down, extract it out with hot water, then sanitize. For a stubborn case we add ozone so it doesn't come creeping back a week later.

FAQ

Emergency cleanup in the South Bay: your questions answered

How long does the smell last in a car if you don't fix it?+

Effectively forever. Once vomit or urine soaks into the seat foam and carpet padding it doesn't evaporate, it sits there and gets worse in the heat. Wiping the surface does nothing for what's underneath. The only real fix is extracting it out of the padding and treating the odor, which is what we do.

Is there anything you don't handle?+

Yes, and we'll be straight with you. Vomit, urine, feces, pet accidents, broken glass, food, drink, and odor are our lane. Blood, needles, and medical or crime-scene biohazards are OSHA-regulated work that needs a licensed remediation company, so we refer those out rather than pretend otherwise.

Which South Bay cities do you cover?+

Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, El Segundo, Torrance, Rancho Palos Verdes, Lomita, San Pedro, Long Beach, Del Aire, Lawndale, Hawthorne, Signal Hill, Rolling Hills, Palos Verdes Estates, and Harbor City. Just outside that line? Text us, we make exceptions for repeat clients.
