How long does ceramic coating last?+
The 6-month SiO2 hybrid is rated for 6 months of UV and contaminant protection, longer with regular maintenance washes. The Polish & Ceramic Coating package ($999) lays down a 3-year coat after full paint correction.
Do I need a polish before ceramic coating?+
Ceramic locks in whatever is under it, so any swirl marks or oxidation get sealed in too. A clay bar ($100) is the minimum prep. A one-step ($199) or two-step ($299) polish corrects the paint first so the coat goes over a clean finish.
Is mobile ceramic coating as good as a shop?+
For a spray SiO2 hybrid, yes. We control the surface with a clay bar and decon, then coat in a shaded, dry spot. For a multi-day, multi-layer professional coating a controlled shop is better, and we'll tell you straight if that's the right call.
What is the difference between one-step and two-step polish?+
One-step is a single corrective stage that removes light swirls, scratches, and oxidation. Two-step adds a heavier cutting stage then a refining pass for near-perfect clarity. Two-step costs more and takes longer because it removes more.
What happens if it rains on my appointment?+
We watch the forecast and text you the night before if rain is coming. Light coastal mist is fine because we work under your garage, carport, or any covered spot. Heavy rain gets a free reschedule to the next clear day.
Do you need my water or electricity?+
No. The truck carries a 50-gallon water tank and a generator. We detail anywhere with curb access: driveway, street, office lot, or marina. You don't have to be home as long as the car is unlocked or you leave a key.
Is the listed price the final price?+
It's the starting price for a car in normal shape. Heavy pet hair, deep stains, beach sand, or extreme buildup may need an add-on or longer booking. We quote the difference before we start, never after.

How soon can you book a detail in Rolling Hills?+
Same-day or next-day slots are usually open across 90274. Booking takes a small deposit to hold the time, and we text a confirmation right after. Since we have to be cleared at the gate, give us the address and gate when you book so the guard list is set before we arrive.
Do I need to be home at the estate while you detail?+
No. The truck is self-contained with a 50-gallon tank and generator, so we just need access to the car and a spot on the gate guest list. Leave a key or unlock it, and we text before-and-after photos. Payment is due after you look it over, by cash, Zelle, Venmo, or card.
Can you pull the hay and dog hair out of my interior from the stables?+
Yes, that's common out here. Hay, dirt, and pet hair ride in from the barn and ranch errands and work into the carpet and seat tracks. We shampoo, hot-water extract, and blow out the seams so it actually lifts out instead of just getting pushed around on the surface.
