What is included in an interior car detail?+
The $120 Classic Interior Detail covers a full wipe-down, high-pressure blowout, thorough vacuum, interior windows and mirrors, carpet brushing, rubber seal scrub, all jambs, mat shampoo, and an air freshener. About 2 hours on a standard car.
Can you get stains and pet hair out of my seats?+
Yes. Stain removal is a $40 add-on, pet hair is $45, and a full chemical-free steam clean at 330°F is $70. For embedded smells we run an ozone treatment for $75. We'll tell you what your car actually needs before we start.
How long does an interior detail take?+
About 2 hours for the Classic Interior Detail on a sedan. Add-ons like steam cleaning or heavy pet-hair removal add 15 to 30 minutes each. SUVs and trucks run a little longer.
What happens if it rains on my appointment?+
We watch the forecast and text you the night before if rain is coming. Light coastal mist is fine because we work under your garage, carport, or any covered spot. Heavy rain gets a free reschedule to the next clear day.
Do you need my water or electricity?+
No. The truck carries a 50-gallon water tank and a generator. We detail anywhere with curb access: driveway, street, office lot, or marina. You don't have to be home as long as the car is unlocked or you leave a key.
Do bigger vehicles cost more?+
Yes. Listed prices are for standard cars. A compact pickup or SUV adds $20. A 3rd-row SUV, van, or XL truck adds $45. That covers the extra time and product, nothing hidden.
How do I pay, and is there a first-time deal?+
Booking takes a small deposit to lock the slot. The balance — cash, Zelle, Venmo, or card — is due after the detail's finished and you've looked the car over. First-time clients get 20% off — just mention it when you book.
Which cities do you cover?+
Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, El Segundo, Torrance, Rancho Palos Verdes, Lomita, San Pedro, Long Beach, Del Aire, Lawndale, Hawthorne, Signal Hill, Rolling Hills, Palos Verdes Estates, and Harbor City. Just outside that line? Text us. We make exceptions for repeat clients.
How soon can you come out in Signal Hill?+
We can usually fit a 90755 job within a few days, and same-week is common. Booking is a quick text or call to Patrick, you give the hillside address and what you want done, and we lock in a time and sort any gated-complex entry code before we show up.
Do I need to be home while you detail my car?+
No. As long as we can reach the car and have a driveway or apron spot on the hill, you can head out or stay inside. The truck carries its own water and quiet generator, so we don't need your hose or outlet, and we text before-and-after photos when it's done.
Can you handle the heat-baked dust spots on my exposed hilltop paint?+
Yes. The hilltop gets full afternoon sun, so field dust and water spots bake onto the paint faster than down in the flats. We lift light spots with an iron-decontamination pass; etched or baked-in spots need a clay bar or one-step polish, which we'll quote before we start.
