What makes a premium or luxury detail different from a standard detail?+
A standard detail cleans and protects. The $510 Masterpiece combines the Master Interior and Master Exterior with black trim restoration, deep wheel work, and UV protectant dressing. The Polish + Ceramic package (from $1,399) adds multi-stage machine polish and a 3-year ceramic coat. It's restoration, not just cleaning.
Do you detail exotic and high-end vehicles?+
Yes. Premium and exotic paint gets the same process with extra care: hand wash only, clay bar, measured polish stages, and a controlled ceramic application. Every premium job starts with an in-person inspection so nothing is guessed.
Why do you inspect before quoting a premium detail?+
Paint condition decides how many polish stages it takes and what coating makes sense. A quick inspection lets us lock the final price up front instead of surprising you mid-job. It's how professional correction work should be quoted.
How long does a luxury detail take?+
About 6 hours for the Masterpiece. The Polish + Ceramic Coating package runs around 12 hours because multi-stage correction and a 3-year coat can't be rushed.
What happens if it rains on my appointment?+
We watch the forecast and text you the night before if rain is coming. Light coastal mist is fine because we work under your garage, carport, or any covered spot. Heavy rain gets a free reschedule to the next clear day.
Do you need my water or electricity?+
No. The truck carries a 50-gallon water tank and a generator. We detail anywhere with curb access: driveway, street, office lot, or marina. You don't have to be home as long as the car is unlocked or you leave a key.
Is the listed price the final price?+
It's the starting price for a car in normal shape. Heavy pet hair, deep stains, beach sand, or extreme buildup may need an add-on or longer booking. We quote the difference before we start, never after.
Which cities do you cover?+
Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, El Segundo, Torrance, Rancho Palos Verdes, Lomita, San Pedro, Long Beach, Del Aire, Lawndale, Hawthorne, Signal Hill, Rolling Hills, Palos Verdes Estates, and Harbor City. Just outside that line? Text us. We make exceptions for repeat clients.
How soon can you detail my car in Redondo Beach?+
Same-day or next-day appointments are typical across Redondo Beach. Booking takes a small deposit to lock the slot, and we text a confirmation right after you book. Weekends fill first, so the Hollywood Riviera and Avenues spots go fast in summer.
Do I need to be home for my Redondo Beach appointment?+
No. The truck is self-contained with a 50-gallon water tank and generator, so we just need access to the car. Leave a key or unlock it, and we text before-and-after photos. Payment is due after you've looked it over, by cash, Zelle, Venmo, or card.
Can you get the salt film and water spots Redondo cars build up off my paint?+
Yes. Salt mist off the Esplanade and the 405 brake-dust haze leave a film a regular wash won't pull. We run an iron-decontamination pass, and light water spots come off with that; etched spots need a clay bar or one-step polish, which we'll quote before we start.
